Staking involves inherent risks, including potential loss of funds. By using the App, you understand and agree that:

SOL Strategies, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This includes any issues resulting from your use of Privy or MoonPay within the App.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Managing and safeguarding your private keys, passwords, and any other security credentials required to use the App.
Conducting your own due diligence and understanding the risks associated with staking and third-party integrations.
Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding cryptocurrency and staking activities.
